Frequently asked questions

F.A.Q.S

Still have questions? Email us at hola@fenomeno.bar.

Where is ONE MORE?

Calle Recoletos 13, in the Salamanca neighborhood of Madrid. For directions, check the map on the home page or what we post on Instagram.

Do I need to book a table?

It depends on the day and how busy we are. The safest bet is to book ahead or get in touch so we can confirm availability. You can use the contact page (phone, email or Instagram).

What is the minimum age?

You must be of legal age (18) to drink alcohol in Spain. We may ask for an official photo ID at the door.

What is ONE MORE?

A bar in the heart of Madrid where the music runs the night: the hits you grew up with, the best of the 2000s and a mic that goes around. A room made for singing too loud, laughing harder and staying longer than planned.

Do you make alcohol-free cocktails?

Ask at the bar or when you book: we can usually adapt the menu for intolerances or if you’d rather go alcohol-free. What’s available depends on the day.

Can I take photos or video inside?

Please respect other guests’ privacy and follow the team’s guidance. Professional shoots or coverage need prior permission: email us at hola@fenomeno.bar or message us on Instagram.

Is there a dress code?

We look for a smart atmosphere. Please avoid sportswear or swimwear at night; if in doubt, ask when you book. Admission is subject to the venue’s right of admission, as allowed by law.

What time do you open?

Opening hours may change with the season or events. We post the latest on Instagram and confirm them if you book by email or phone.

How can I pay?

We accept the usual methods (card and cash unless stated otherwise). If online payment for bookings is added later, we’ll explain it in the confirmation.

What if I’m coming with a group?

For groups, book early and tell us roughly how many people are coming. We’ll let you know if there’s a table or space and how to organize the night.
